Bruce and I have been in Coeur d'Alene for two weeks now, and things are really starting to come together. I am learning to drive the farm's 1967 Ford truck... (let me tell you, it is difficult!), while Bruce is learning his way around the old-fashion forge. Also, the crops are growing very fast so it will not be long before we will be harvesting!! This kind of work is unlike anything either of us have done before but we are really enjoying it. Aside from life off the golf course, life ON the course has been even better!
In the past week, Bruce and I had the opportunity to go play a round of golf together without him caddying, which doesn't happen very often. We had a wonderful time and I got my second hole-in-one!! It was a great way to start off the round and I continued to hit the ball that day better than I have in months. We are working daily to get my swing in tip-top shape for my first pro event in a few short weeks.
Some more exciting news.... I would like to send a humongous thank you to the staff at Circling Raven Golf Club, who have decided to host me for the summer. This will allow me to play and practice for free, as well as wear some of their awesome clothing!!!
